I responded off list to this poster and he raised a good point, if
perhaps a bit too sarky for my personal taste (what *is* it about
email, anyhow, that makes us into potential boors?). That point is
that in order to see the `Change' file, one has to download the whole
distribution. Perhaps it would be a good idea to post the Change
files to the web site. How about it, TC?
