Is there a new manual out, too? I only saw versions dated as recently
as April 1997. A small request from those of us with doublesided
capable printers: Can we get a doublesided version of the manual if it's
not too much hassle. I mean, starting a chapter on an even numbered page
*soooooo* offends my sense of aesthetics. :-)
