To subscribers of the xforms list from Ivan Powis <pczip@chemistry.nottingham.ac.uk> :

After using fdesign to create an initialised push_menu, (ie with a
FL_PUP_ENTRY array holding strings, modes etc in the _fd.c file) I
have noticed that neither fl_replace_menu_item() nor
fl_set_menu_item_mode() used within the program has an effect on the
menu. However, the same code works as expected when initialisation is
via fl_set_menu().

Is this a feature or a bug? It seems a little odd if having
created the menu with a greyed-out item it cannot then be
activated programatically at an appropriate point. I never tried this
before 0.88 so don't know if it's new behaviour or not.

Ivan
