XForms: converting GLforms to xforms?

To subscribers of the xforms list from Thomas Kroc <kroc@fnal.gov> :

Hi,

I have a sizable application that makes extensive use of
Mark Overmar's GL-forms package. I would like to convert it to
xforms without having to redefine everything by hand (12 forms,
500 objects).(SGI, IRIX-5.3).

Is there a converter from GL-style .fd files to xforms .fd files?

I tried just reading the GL-style .fd file with the xforms
forms designer. It seemed to work for all but the largest
form (of course). For that it complained of
"invalid width/height".

If a converter does not exist, then I guess I could write
a script which leads to a second question:
Is there a list of the correspondence between the GL-style
parameters and the xforms parameters for the .fd files.
Also what is the structure of the box size parameters:
x,y,dx,dy? x_min,x_max,y_min,y_max? etc?

Thanks,

Tom Kroc
