Set the NW gravity and the SW gravity to the same value (e.g.
NorthWest).

The NW gravity defines to which part of the frame
the up-left corner of the object is related when resizing
the frame. The SW gravity defines to which part of the frame
the bottom-right corner of the object is related when resizing
the frame.

For example If you want an object to stay at the same position from the
bottom-left corner of the frame, set both the NW gravity and the SW
gravity
to SouthWest (understand SouthWest as meaning bottom-left).

If the NW gravity and SW gravity are set to different values, the
object will probably be resized when the frame is resized.

You can experiment with fdesign's Test function.
