it is
fl_get_scrollbar_bounds( FL_OBJECT *,float *, float *)
and not
(FL_OBJECT *,double *, double *)-- unless i have an old manual,
the one that came with 0.87.2.
(gcc -Wall -> incompatible pointer type)
