XForms: Question on how to raise minimized form

# To subscribers of the xforms list from "Chip Sutton" <chip@cs-net.com> :

I have created a form that displays alarm counters and updates those
counters every 10 seconds from alarm counts kept in shared memory.

If the number of "critical" alarms increases from the last interval I want
the form to be at the top level and visible to the user, even if it has been
minimized. I used fl_raise_form(form), and it raises the form or the icon
(when minimized), however, what I would like to do is restore the form if it
is minimized.

I have determined that I can fl_hide_form and fl_show_form and it will
display the form whether it has been minimized or not. I only want to do
this if the window has been minimized. I would also like to to the same
thing if the user has changed to a different workspace (CDE environment).
Is there a way I can determine if the window has been minimized ? Or not in
the current workspace ? Or maybe there is a better way to do what I am
trying to do.

Thanks,

Chip
