This depends on your operating system.

What kind of system are you running on?

Are you sure you have the right version of libforms? If you are
perchance on a form of Linux system, there are several different
library object formats (though I'd think that you'd break at the load
phase rather than at runtime). Check the archives of this mailing
list to find the details.

Are you sure the libforms.so is where you think it is? Is it
readable?

A note to all readers and posters: Please, please, please, provide as
much information as possible when you post a question to this list.
Especially if you are having a problem linking or building an
application, provide the hardware on which you're running, the
operating system *and* its version, the version of XForms you're
running, the *exact* command line you typed and the system response,
including exact error messages (sensibly trimmed if you get a zillion
error messages -- the first half dozen messages will generally
suffice).
