File selector list all directories and matching files
apparently in no order, and intermixes files and directories.
They are probably listed in the order where they appear
when using readdir.
I think that it would be much more convenient if:
1) All directories would be listed BEFORE all the files
(not apparently randomly intermixed, as it is now).
2) All the directories and files would be listed in
alphabetical order (i.e. sorted, maybe case insensitive).
