Thanks for letting me know. It turned out that a site
in Russia initiated 20+ ftp sessions. Now everything
should be ok.
You can get a list of mirror sites from
http://bragg.phys.uwm.edu/~zhao/ftp/mirror.html
ftp://ftp.fu-berlin.de/unix/X11/gui/xforms in particular
is very good.
