XForms: where's the GnuWIN32 xforms libraries?

I went to ftp://bragg.phys.uwm.edu/pub/xforms/NT/GnuWIN32/ and found an empty
directory. Does anyone know where I can find the xforms libraries for CygWIN32
b19?

BTW: The fact that I have been forced to work with Windoze does not imply
endorsement of the Windoze environment.
