Hei all,

Using RedHat Linux 5.1, Afterstep as my window manager, Xforms v.88, and
shared color. (Hurray!)

I've got two forms, a main form and a document form. The document form ends
up within a tabfolder in the main form.

I add a single untitled document form to the tab folder in the main form
when it loads. (The document form is currently just a blank white form.)

When I execute the program this all loads up. The document form appears as
it should within the tab folder, and the tab looks like it is "behind" the
document form. In other words, there is a "up-border" style line going
between the tab and the document. The tab appears to have a white
background and a black label.

Then, when I move the mouse over the tab or the border under the tab, the
tab "jumps up" and looks like it's the active tab. The tab's background
color also changes to gray. The new tab stays there after I move the
mouse away.

The problem is that the first tab still shows up a little bit. The new tab
is sort of shifted to the left of it and the first tab's border is still
visible. in addition, the border of the new tab doesn't look like it goes
with the rest of the tab folder.

Is there a way to change this so that the tab appears on top to start with
and doesn't shift?

Thanks!

Jared
