XForms: fdesign backwards compatibility

# To subscribers of the xforms list from Bob Lewis <bobl@tricity.wsu.edu> :

I recently tried to start up xforms on an fdesign file I had
created some time ago with an old version (I don't recall
which) of xforms. fdesign was only partially successful:
only the two smallest out of three forms got read. This error
message was issued:

In LoadForm [fd_file.c 420] Invalid Width/Height: 0.000000 0.000000

Has anyone seen this? Is there a fix? I'm beginning to worry
about backwards compatibility of fdesign output.
