fl_initialize is said to create an application resource database.
If one wishes to manipulate the database (e.g. add more entries, save
it, XrmPutFileDatabase, etc),
then the programmer has to build it again from scratch, altho
fl_initialize altho already did that.
I suggest that the database be attached to the display from within
fl_initialize [XrmSetDatabase(fl_display,...) or whatever] so that
we too can get a copy to start with. Just trying to get some consitency
(well, actually trying to dodge double work).
