By "text browser" do you mean a Multiline Input object? If so, use
fl_set_input_topline(). It scrolls a line at a time. I don't think
there's a way to scroll a single pixel at a time.
If you're talking about the actual Browser object, then the function
to use is fl_set_browser_topline().
