Hi everybody,
I have an old program (93) running on a SGI Indigo with Irix system 5.3.
This program has been written in C and use Forms (not XForms, but the
original library I guess) library for the GUI. I'm not a programmer but I've
in project to port this program on Linux (RedHat 6.0) and run it on a PC. If
I understand well, Forms runs only on SGI so I can use it with Linux but
there is a more recent version of Forms called Xforms who runs on a bunch of
systems including Linux therefore I have to use XForms.
Stop me if I bullshit.
At this moment, I try to evaluate if this project is possible. So, as the
GUI has been designed with FORMS, is it possible to recompile the program
using XFORMS ? I guess there will be some modifications to do but I'm not
able to evaluate how much. Is it very difficult to do for someone like me ?
Thank you in advance for your help,

Sylvain
