# To subscribers of the xforms list from Shao-ou Chin <shao@pangea.Stanford.EDU> :

I downloaded the gnu-win32 version of xforms on my
NT. I noticed that all glcanvas related symbols are
linked into libforms.a, which means the glcanvas module
gl.c did get compiled and linked on NT in the gnu-win32
environment.
How is this possible at all? How is this gl.c compiled and
linked on NT without an NT version of glx.h and an NT version
of openGL library that supports GLX? The openGL library file
that comes with cygwin apparently doesn't support X.

Thanks!
Shao
