    bummer, using printf() as a debugger is suboptimal ...
    Will remove the message. BTW, aside from this debugging
    message, fl_hide_form() handles canvas correctly.
    (canvas now checks if the parent is gone or not by
    checking if it's bad window, by it should not say anything).
