A more likely cause is that you may have more than one
versions of xforms floating on the system. Different
versions of v0.89.x may have some minor header (image)
incompatibilities, an unfortunate result of having rushed it a bit.
Now I've put more generous reserved fields into the image
header so adding or removing stuff from the image header
can be compensated with these fields.
