flimage_to_pixmap()/flimage_to_pixmap() has been made public
in the library for awhile, but hasn't been generally released
(some platform may have it, I know HP definitely). In any case,
I think use a background pixmap is to scroll an image is
a good idea, so is functions to obtain the x and y offsets
in a formbrowser.
