This is a problem which I highlighted a while back but it does not seem to have
been fixed yet. A fix is needed.

Problem concerns when input to a RETURN_END_CHANGED input field is completed.
At the moment 0.89.6 this is when <TAB>, <CR>, mouse to another input field
or mouse to a tab-folder tab occur. The input should be completed on mouse
to any other interactive object, in particular a button.

The effect at the moment if you have a form with a number of input fields and
a button which performs a "Done" or "Close" action. When the user inputs some
data and then presses the button the callback for that last input is not
invoked and the data is lost.

It is not intuitive for a user to always press <TAB> or <CR> to complete
input into a field as is required at the moment.
