XForms: Unresolved reference to _fl_display with xforms on NT 4.0

    I am getting an link error as unresolved external reference to the
    _fl_display variable when trying to use fl_get_display function on Windows
    NT 4.0. Any experience with this specific problem or in general with xforms
    on NT which would shed light?
