The atttached patch does nothing more than pass the associated (XEvent * xev)
to fl_handle_object on an FL_DRAW event. This XEvent * is not used at all by
any of xforms' "native" widgets, but an FL_FREE object is able to make use of
this info to redraw only the part of the window that has changed.

I have NOT changed forms.h, regarding this as an internal xforms change.

I would be very, very happy if this went into xforms 1.0.
