There isn't one, I'm afraid.

I have the same problem on my laptop, which runs at 1600 x 1200, and
it's been on my list of things to attack when I got the chance, not
just for `fdesign' but in general. I've implemented a couple of
kluges in applications but I see a need for some generalized solution.

Any thoughts from the group?
