XForms: Works now; with a dirty hack

    Hi,
    just to see what the reason for "not working" is, i replaced the
    symbol $(JPEG) in the line "EXTRA LIBRARIES" in the Makefile
    by -ljpeg

    Now it links ok, and everything gets solved-

    The Symbol $(JPEG) is not initialized during the make.
    I wonder what happened to it in the installations which worked.
    I also don't know what the correct way is to solve it.
