The main XForms FTP server, ncmir.ucsd.edu, was down yesterday (Oct
20) from about 1800 to 2300 GMT for some scheduled maintenance. My
apologies to anyone who was frustrated in their attempts to access it.
It is now up and running as normal.

Usually I try to announce these things in advance but I frankly forgot
about it until the system went down underneath me while reading mail.
