    Hi all,

    sorry for the delay in releasing the new doc. The changes from v0.89 are
    minimal. Hopefully over the holiday, I can finally clean it up a bit and
    release it.

    For the past a few months, things've been tough. The day job has been a 24hr
    thing, literally sometimes. So just please bear with me for a bit longer.
