It is now finished! I'd post it to the list but it is 700kB (160kB
compressed). I append the ChangeLog entry.
all targets: install, dist, clean, distclean, maintainer-clean, rpmdist work
correctly, both with and without build dir == source dir.
Shall I just commit it?
I'm not 100% sure that the rpm spec file is correct, but that can be repaired
afterwards if need be. Ditto, I haven't done anything special for OS2, so I
assume that that is now broken.

Once the autoconf/automake stuff is in, it is as simple as "make dist".

Definitely. SPL sent me a private mail saying that he was going to close down
the xforms ftp site at ncmir.
