Install cvs ;-)
More constructively, I placed a copy of the 29 April sources at
http://www.devel.lyx.org/~leeming/xforms-1.1cvs.tar.gz
I am now back from trips abroad and would like to lick the present xforms
sources into a state suitable for release.
