[XForms] Form imaging problems

For some reason the first time I display a form it doesn't image properly.
The attached images show what it looks like.  The window consists of
approximately 50 forms, a main form, a scrollable form, and 40+ row forms
whos objects are added to the scrollable form which is then attached to the
main form via a form browser.

Any suggestions or help would be much appreciated.  (The good.png image
shows how the form should look.  The bad.png image shows how it looks when
it is first displayed.)
