[XForms] problem with autoconf in RH9

[Reed Riddle]

I just installed this yesterday on a RedHat 9, with the CVS version, 
and everything worked just fine.  It's a standard RedHat install, 
nothing modified.  Have you changed anything in the system settings, or 
added/updated any software?
