[XForms] Subscribing to Xforms

Just a brief correction:
With respect to the instructions about
how to subscribe to the xforms list,
the mailserv page cited below, belonging
to the old majordomo set of files,
is no longer functional. Xforms now
uses mailman, and the instructions for
subscribing are at the bottom of this
and every other XForms list message.

I've removed this page. Thanks Angus for the nudge.
