[XForms] strange message from app using xforms-1.0.2

No. On the Solaris machine in question, the output of 'locale' command
is following:

LANG=
LC_CTYPE="C"
LC_NUMERIC="C"
LC_TIME="C"
LC_COLLATE="C"
LC_MONETARY="C"
LC_MESSAGES="C"
LC_ALL=

I guess the "locale/NLS" etc. issues on such an old version of Solaris
are not addressed very deeply, so maybe this makes a problem?
