[XForms] Xforms 0.89 documentation available in postscript form

I uploaded to the files section the xforms documentation that was
previously available through the xforms ftp site. It is all we have
for now, so it has not been updated for 1.0.

I did not upload the xforms 0.88 documentation, but I can do it if
there is a need for it.

[I uploaded a README file along with it, but for some reason it just
disappeared...]
