If you go to the old ftp site (ncmir.ucsd.edu) and visit the directory
/pub/xforms/Attic/OpenVMS/, you will find a binary for xforms 0.88.
This is admittedly old, but nobody here knows how to compile on
OpenVMS.

If OpenVMS has basic support for looking like unix (like running a
unix shell), you can try the version 1.0.90 at
http://savannah.nongnu.org/files/?group=xforms

This is a source distribution, and you will have to compile it
yourself. However, we are here to help.
