[XForms] [patch] rpm spec file

I believe that this 'does the right thing'. 

It creates symbolic links libforms.so and libforms.so.1 to 
libforms.so.1.0.0 when the rpm is installed and removes these links 
if the rpm is uninstalled.

'1:0:0' is the libtool version of the shared libraries. This version 
info is used in two places, lib/Makefile.am and in xforms.spec.in, so 
I've moved it to configure.ac. Only one thing to keep up to date.

Feedback is, of course, welcome. Else I'll commit tomorrow.
