Ok, Jean-Marc, attached are all changes to the API since the release 
of XForms 0.89 patch level 5. I've split the changes into two files, 
changes_forms.h, which includes changes to stuff now in glcanvas.h, 
and changes_flimage.h.

Many of these changes are pedantic. Eg:
-FL_EXPORT void fl_bk_color(FL_COLOR);
+FL_EXPORT void fl_bk_color(unsigned long);

But there are new functions. There's even at least one regression.

Anyway, I attach these files for the record.
