[XForms] xyplot patch, OS X compatibility

Concerning the information on the page:

- the new release versions, like 1.0.90 do not require to have
  autoconf 2.5x. The autotools are only needed when one builds from
  cvs.

- I do not see any reason why it would not build on redhat 7. I would
  be interested by reports of the contrary.

- On Mac OS X, the configure options should read --with-extra-inc and
  not --with_extra_inc. Actually, one can use --with-extra-prefix=/sw,
  which will replace the two statements.

Hope this helps. There is some information on building xforms in the
README file. If you can suggest some modifications to accommodate OS X
peculiarities, they will be welcome.
