[XForms] missing #include in glcanvas.h

Oh if only GL (and GLX... and WGL... and AGL... and... ugh) was part of the standard C library, heh...

On another topic, I've been quite busy with work recently, but I will eventually have time to put together some of that buggy Fedora GL code. I didn't forget.
