[XForms] building on OpenVMS

Hi.

I built xforms 1.0.9 on an OpenVMS (that is, I got a shared executable with
no undefined symbols). But, when I built one of the demos and tried to run
it, I got the following message:
"You forget to call fl_initialize". Of course, there IS a call to
fl_initialize.

Also, I'm sure it said "You forget..." rather than "You forgot...". When I
searched on "You forget", all I got was "You forget to call
fl_end_form...". I searched on "You forgot to call fl_initialize" and got
a hit in flresource.c, when there was no 'fl_display' defined. Does anyone
have an idea where this message is coming from and what I need to do to get
rid of it? All the dates in xforms.olb look good.

Thanks,
Gayle
