[XForms] Resizing forms rapidly

XForms has always behaved badly when a form is resized quickly. The 
attached patch provides some diagnostics. It appears that the width 
and height of the form don't keep up with the width and height of the 
window.

Maybe there's hope of fixing this properly someday...
