[XForms] Update: 1.0.91pre2

Hello again,

    I just found that I didn't realize that some part of fdesign
was broken, which resulted in the demo programs not being created
when compiling from the downloaded pre-release. I hope I now fixed
this bug and that everything compiles cleanly with the new version
I just uploaded. Sorry for the inconvenience...
