To subscribers of the xforms list from Martin Bartlett <martin@nitram.demon.co.uk> :

I have completed the 0.87 updates to Xforms4Perl (the perl binding to the
xforms library allowing perl programs to use xforms as a gui).

It has all the new functionality (Tab folders, animated cursors, xyplot
enhancements) plus a new FULL implementation of pop-ups. There are some
new example applications (such as an interactive grepper that gives you a
browser-full of results and allows you to double click on a result to
bring up the file and line in which the occurence was found, and an X
cursor selector tool). There are some obscure bug fixes too - most would
not have been encountered but for gdb!!

In keeping with TCs wishes, this is not going on the FTP site yet -
actually its my wishes too since there are a couple of areas that will be
modified when the next xforms test release come out.

However its available on request from me. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be brave! I
need testers!!!

Thanks
