Hi,
I have a old program, the interface is done with old forms and SGI GL lib.
It used a GL lib function "swinopen(long)" and it passed the form id
returned by "fl_show_form(..)". It works in the old forms lib.
After I updated the old forms to xforms(version for SGI 0.88), the xforms
runs independently, but it will be seg fault if I call "swinopen". I check
the document about "swinopen()", it need a window ID for the parent window
and open a child window which will be used by GL codes.
I checked the value of window ID in diffrent version of forms lib, it's
different. I am not sure how the xfomrs handle this internly.
Also I tried to use function "Window fl_prepare_form_window(...)" and
"Window fl_show_form_window(..)" to repalce "fl_show_form(..)" to get the
returned the ID for window. But it still not working and get a seg fault
inside xforms function.
somebody knows what's going on?
