The manual page is in libquantize/libquantize.man. It's standard
nroff source.
I didn't include an install rule for the manual page, mostly due to
time constraints.
I have generated a text version of the manual page and, as an added
extra bonus at no extra cost or obligation, an HTML version of same
and put them in
ftp://ncmir.ucsd.edu/pub/quantize/libquantize.manpage
and
ftp://ncmir.ucsd.edu/pub/quantize/libquantize.html
respectively.
I will also add them to the distribution, so if you pick it up after
you see this message, you'll get them bundled in -- no need to snarf
them separately.
