The Tabbed Folder object doesn't handle resizes well, if at all -- in
fact, its creation routines initialize it to FL_RESIZE_NONE with
gravity set to FL_NoGravity.

I'm afraid the only alternative I can think of is on a resize to
destroy the Tabbed Folder object and recreate it with the new size.

Ugh!

Maybe TC has a better idea.
