XForms: fdesign and symbols

The point is if you have defined a symbol called "fred" and try to use it in
fdesign in a button label as "@fred" (in the same way you would use symbol
"->" as "@->") then the @ character is removed (by fdesign) so it ceases to be
a valid symbol reference.

If you use "@@fred" then fdesign changes it to " @fred" which is also invalid
as a symbol reference.

Try it. Create a button in fdesign, type in @fred into the label, key
"Accept" then look at the label attribute again and you will see what I mean.
