Nope, not in `fdesign', anyhow. Of course, you can futz with the
Colormap in the application to your heart's content.

I don't suppose that would be all that difficult to implement --
although it does present some complications in transmitting that
information to the application and, perhaps, in porting. Nothing
insurmountable, however.

If your users complain, just hand them a copy of Wired and make them
(try to) read a few pages. Then no matter what ugly colors you
choose, they'll be pleasing to the eye by comparison.
