This is discussed pretty well in the manual but here's a quick and
dirty tutorial:

Create the tabbed folder object.

Create the forms to go into the folder. Note: these are *forms*, not
objects.

Use fl_addto_tabfolder() to add the forms to the folder.

That's really all there is to it.

Read the manual section on TabFolder objects for details.

If you are having any particular problems with creating or using the
TabFolder object, specific information would be helpful in giving you
guidance.
