I've placed some fairly simpleminded Postscript plotting tools in a
tarball at
ftp://ncmir.ucsd.edu/pub/graphics/ncmir_ps.tgz
It is by no means complete and is, in fact, extracted from an
application. I didn't have time to do much more than cobble up a
README file. There isn't even a Makefile but you really don't need
one. Just compile with
gcc -c ncmir_ps.c
and create a library, if you care to, with
ar r libncmir_ps.a ncmir_ps.o
spl
